After the death of her beloved grandmother, 16-year-old Kayla struggles to cope with her loss. Unable to accept that her grandmother is gone, she avoids listening to the final voicemail her grandmother left behind. With the support of her friend Uncle, Kayla eventually finds the courage to listen. What she hears brings back memories, life lessons, and a message of love that helps her begin to heal. Returning to the garden she once shared with her grandmother, Kayla discovers that although someone may be gone, the love and lessons they leave behind can continue to grow.
